The machine uses a premade pouch feeding system, so delicate candies never pass through a forming tube. This is especially critical for chocolate-coated products and soft gummies that would smear or deform in vertical form-fill-seal equipment.
Our filler can be equipped with a servo-driven cup filler, belt feeder, or counting system depending on your candy type. For example:

The sealing system is temperature-controlled, ensuring proper seals even with dusted or oil-coated candies. For zipper bags, an automatic zipper slider and presser ensure the zipper remains functional after sealing.
