The machine uses a rotary platform with eight stations. That is fewer stations than our industrial models, which means fewer moving parts, lower cost, and easier maintenance. For most small to medium production volumes, eight stations cycling at thirty to forty bags per minute is sufficient to run an eight hour shift producing fifteen to twenty thousand finished bags.

The operation workflow is straightforward. An operator loads premade pouches into the magazine. The machine automatically picks each bag, opens it, and checks for proper opening. For stand up pouches, a bottom gusset opener expands the bag base. For zipper bags, an optical sensor verifies zipper position and the machine aligns the bag before filling.

The filling system is selected based on your product at the time of order. A multi head weigher serves free flowing products like nuts, coffee beans, and candies. An auger filler serves powders like protein powder, spice blends, and instant coffee. A volumetric cup filler serves sticky or irregular products. You choose one filling system with your machine. If your product changes later, you can add a different filler.

After filling, zipper bags go through a compression station that fully engages the reclosable track. Standard stand up pouches without zipper go directly to the heat sealer. A cooling station sets the seal before the finished bag discharges.

Operation requires no technical background. The touch screen interface shows each station in real time. When a bag fails to open or fill correctly, the machine stops and the screen highlights the affected station with a graphic showing the likely cause. The on screen troubleshooting guide walks the operator through the fix.

Cleaning takes fifteen minutes for a standard product change. The bag contact surfaces are removable without tools and washable in a sink. Daily cleaning of the sealing station requires wiping the sealing bars with a cloth. No disassembly is required for routine cleaning.
